We are seeking a motivated and experienced Lead Construction Laborer/Utility Worker to oversee and guide a crew in performing underground construction and utility work. This position requires a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in underground construction or utility work and the ability to lead by example. The lead will be responsible for coordinating tasks, ensuring safety standards, and delivering quality work under the supervision of a foreman or supervisor. This role offers overtime opportunities for candidates who are driven and adaptable. Some traveling may be required.
