Job Description

Job Summary Temp Right Service is seeking a motivated and dependable General Laborer to join our Plumbing & HVAC team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working with their hands, being part of a team, and learning a skilled trade. No prior plumbing or HVAC experience is required—we are willing to train the right candidate. As a General Laborer, you will assist licensed plumbers and HVAC technicians with commercial projects while maintaining a safe, organized, and productive job site. Responsibilities Assist plumbing and HVAC crews with installation, maintenance, and repair projects. Load, unload, and organize materials, tools, and equipment. Transport materials to and from job sites. Dig trenches and assist with underground utility installations. Clean and prepare work areas before, during, and after construction. Cut, measure, and assemble basic piping and ductwork under supervision. Operate hand tools and power tools safely. Follow all company safety policies and OSHA regulations. Perform general shop duties and maintain company vehicles and equipment. Complete other tasks as assigned by supervisors. Qualifications High school diploma or GED preferred. Valid driver's license with a clean driving record. Ability to lift 75 pounds repeatedly. Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions. Comfortable using basic hand and power tools. Strong work ethic, reliability, and willingness to learn. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Construction experience is a plus but not required. Preferred Qualifications Previous experience in construction, plumbing, HVAC, or mechanical trades. Forklift or equipment operation experience. OSHA 10 certification (or willingness to obtain).
