Job Description

Construction / Facilities Maintenance Worker We are seeking a dependable, hardworking Construction / Facilities Worker to assist with maintenance, repairs, and transportation of materials and equipment between our restaurant locations in NC and SC.
Responsibilities:
Perform general construction, maintenance, and repair tasks. Transport equipment, supplies, and materials between locations. Load, unload, and move heavy items safely. Assist with facility improvements, remodeling, and special projects. Operate hand and power tools. Maintain a clean and organized work area. Respond to maintenance requests as assigned.
Qualifications:
Must be at least 21 years old . Valid driver's license with a clean driving record. Must have reliable transportation and a truck and/or trailer capable of transporting materials and equipment. Ability to lift and move 50+ pounds on a regular basis. Experience in construction, maintenance, carpentry, or a related trade is preferred. Self-motivated, dependable, and able to work independently. Flexible schedule with the ability to travel to multiple work locations as needed.
Preferred Skills:
Basic knowledge of carpentry, plumbing, electrical, painting, or general building maintenance. Experience towing a trailer is a plus. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
