Job Description
CCS Construction Staffing is actively hiring experienced Hardscape Construction Laborers for projects in the Charlotte, NC area . We are looking for reliable workers with structural hardscaping & Landscaping experience who can work well with a team and help complete high-quality outdoor construction projects. This is a strong opportunity for candidates with backgrounds in hardscaping, landscaping, retaining walls, pavers, outdoor structures, and related site work. Benefits with CCS Construction Staffing

- Installing retaining walls, pavers, and outdoor hardscape features
- Moving and staging landscaping and construction materials
- Operating hand tools and power tools safely
- Supporting grading, layout, and site preparation work
- Working closely with crews to complete projects efficiently
- Maintaining clean and organized job sites Requirements
- Hardscaping or landscaping experience required
- Structural hardscape experience strongly preferred
- Clean driving record
REQUIRED
- Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
- Ability to lift and move heavy materials throughout the shift
- Must be dependable, team-oriented, and punctual
- Must bring basic work boots and PPE
- Reliable transportation required
- Strong work ethic and dependable attendance
