General Laborer - Framer

Job Summary We are seeking a motivated and skilled General Laborer with expertise in framing, concrete work, and general construction to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be actively involved in a variety of construction projects, including metal building erection, concrete forming, masonry, roofing, siding, and remodeling. Your hands-on experience and dedication will contribute to the successful completion of projects while maintaining a safe and efficient work environment. Duties Assist with metal building erection, ensuring structural components are assembled accurately according to schematics and blueprints Perform concrete forming, rebar installation, and concrete finishing to create durable foundations and structures Support framing activities including woodworking, metal stud framing, trim carpentry, and frame carpentry tasks Operate power tools and heavy equipment safely to facilitate various construction activities Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to guide project execution Conduct masonry work such as bricklaying, stucco application, plastering, and siding installation Engage in roofing, siding, restoration projects, and remodeling tasks as needed Use hand tools for carpentry, drywall installation, and other finishing work Assist with heavy lifting and material handling to ensure timely project progress Maintain a clean and organized job site while adhering to safety protocols at all times Qualifications Proven experience in construction site work with knowledge of multiple trades including framing, concrete work, masonry, roofing, and siding Ability to operate power tools, hand tools, heavy equipment safely and effectively Strong understanding of blueprint reading and schematics for accurate project execution Physical strength and stamina for heavy lifting and prolonged periods of manual labor Familiarity with construction safety standards and protocols Excellent teamwork skills with the ability to follow detailed instructions precisely Prior experience with metal building erection, rebar installation, plastering or stucco is highly desirable Valid knowledge of carpentry techniques including trim carpentry and woodworking skills is preferred Join us in building high-quality structures while advancing your construction expertise!
