Job Description
Job Summary We're looking for someone to join our team as a Construction Laborer. This is a hands-on job where you'll help out with different parts of our commercial construction projects. Your day-to-day might include loading and unloading trailers, picking up materials, and helping wherever you're needed to keep things moving. In this position you will be an apprentice to learning the jobs we go and perform. You don't have to know everything coming in. We're looking for someone who's dependable, willing to work, and ready to learn. It's a paid position where you'll get hands-on experience, learn new skills, and work with a good team. This position is an overnight shift typically starting around 9-10 PM. A valid drivers license is required . There is some travel, can be far but all travel expenses are covered and paid for. Requirements A valid drivers license Must be comfortable to drive a disel truck Must have experience pulling a trailer Duties Load and unload trailers Getting materials for jobs Driving to and from job sites Working alongside contractors to learn the way jobs are done Ensuring contractors have all necessities Maintain a clean and organized work environment by adhering to construction workplace safety regulations and protocols Skills Construction estimating skills for understanding project scope and resource needs (nice-to-have) Willing to learn, take feedback, and get better as you go. Understanding of heavy lifting techniques while maintaining safety standards Knowledge of construction workplace safety regulations to ensure compliance at all times Able to follow instructions given when sent to get materials If this sounds like a good fit for you, we'd love to hear from you!
