Job Description
Job Overview Carpenter / construction worker for remodeling and new builds. Willing to train the right person. Pay based on experience. Responsibilities Assist with the preparation and setup of construction sites, including unloading materials and organizing tools Operate hand tools and power tools safely to perform tasks such as cutting, drilling, and assembling components Support concrete-related activities including pouring, finishing, cutting, and mixing with concrete mixers or pumps Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and construction plans to execute tasks accurately Install rebar, metal studs, formwork, and other structural elements following specifications Perform heavy lifting of materials and equipment while adhering to safety protocols Contribute to masonry work such as stucco, plastering, caulking, and trim carpentry on various projects Follow all construction workplace safety regulations diligently to maintain a secure environment for everyone on site Assist with renovation projects by preparing surfaces and installing fixtures or finishes as needed Pay based on experience.
