Set Standard Construction Group LLC is hiring a dependable, hardworking Construction Laborers to join our team. We serve Rowan County and surrounding areas , working on fences, decks, remodeling projects, and other residential construction work. Employees are required to meet at our shop in Rowan County at the start of each workday before traveling to job sites. Pay $17/hour starting pay with no experience $20/hour starting pay with provable construction experience Pay raise eligibility after 30 days based on work ethic, reliability, attendance, attitude, and overall performance Responsibilities Assist with fences, decks, remodeling, demolition, framing, concrete work, and general construction tasks Load and unload tools and materials Keep job sites clean and organized Safely use hand tools and power tools Follow instructions from crew leaders and management Help maintain company tools, equipment, and vehicles Perform physical labor outdoors in varying weather conditions Travel from our Rowan County shop to job sites throughout Rowan County and surrounding areas Requirements Must be dependable and show up on time every scheduled workday Must have reliable transportation to and from our shop in Rowan County Must be physically capable of performing construction labor Must be willing to work outdoors Must be able to follow directions and work well with a crew Must take care of company tools and equipment Must maintain a professional attitude around customers and coworkers Previous construction experience is not required for the $17/hour starting position. We are willing to train someone who is dependable, works hard, and wants to learn. Applicants seeking the $20/hour experienced starting rate should be able to demonstrate previous construction experience and basic knowledge of tools, measurements, and common construction practices.
