As a Field Technician, you'll work directly with our crew to provide professional exterior cleaning services for residential and commercial properties throughout the Lincoln & Omaha area . This is a hands-on position for someone who enjoys working outdoors, takes pride in quality work, and wants to develop valuable skills in the home-service industry. What You'll Do Perform professional window cleaning, gutter cleaning, pressure washing, and house washing . Assist with soft washing and other exterior cleaning services. Safely operate ladders, pressure washers, water-fed poles, surface cleaners, hoses, and other equipment. Clean windows using professional techniques and equipment. Remove debris from gutters and flush gutters and downspouts. Pressure wash concrete, driveways, sidewalks, patios, and other surfaces. Soft wash siding, brick, stucco, soffits, fascia, and other exterior surfaces. Protect landscaping, plants, windows, siding, and other property while working. Identify and communicate potential property issues to the customer and management. Follow job-specific instructions and company procedures. Maintain clean and organized equipment, vehicles, and jobsites. Communicate professionally and respectfully with customers. Complete work efficiently while maintaining a high standard of quality. Help load and unload equipment at the beginning and end of each workday. What We're Looking For The ideal candidate is: Dependable and punctual. Willing to learn new skills and take on additional responsibilities. Previous experience is a plus but not required. Experience in window cleaning, gutter cleaning, pressure washing, landscaping, construction, painting, roofing, or other hands-on work is helpful. We are willing to train the right person.
