Our primary needs are residential flooring and window installation, with the opportunity to work on other projects as needed. The ideal candidate has hands on experience installing, sanding, and finishing hardwood floors, LVT, and LVP. As well as window installation experience. Additional experience in areas such as drywall, bathrooms, durock, and tile are a plus. Duties Assist with the interpretation of construction plans and technical drawings to ensure accurate implementation of project specifications Perform manual handling tasks such as lifting, carrying, and positioning heavy materials and equipment safely and efficiently Operate power tools and construction equipment, conducting routine maintenance and repairs as needed Implement erosion control measures to prevent soil erosion and protect the environment on site Follow all workplace safety regulations, including OSHA standards, respiratory protection protocols, and proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE) Support the installation of structural components, including framing, formwork, and reinforcement materials Conduct site inspections for erosion control measures, safety compliance, and overall project progress Assist with climbing structures or scaffolding safely when required for high work areas Repair or maintain construction equipment to ensure optimal operation during project execution Join us in building something extraordinary! Pay:
