$20.00 to $30.00 per hour.

All construction sites are in southern NH and within 30 minutes of our Bedford office.

Position Summary:

Summit Excavating is hiring full-time laborers for year-round work in the residential construction and excavation industry. This is a permanent position, not seasonal or tied to a specific project. Applicants must have reliable transportation to and from job sites, be able to work in all weather conditions, and be willing to take on a variety of hands-on tasks. We're looking for hardworking, self-motivated individuals who want to grow their career with a family-oriented company that values teamwork and a healthy work-life balance. No experience needed, we are willing to train the right candidate. Applicant must be able to perform the following activities: Lifting and Carrying Items weighing as much as 50 Lbs. Standing and Walking Bending, Stooping, and Kneeling Climbing Pushing and Pulling Shoveling, raking, sweeping, etc. Use power tools Overhead Work Repetitive Motions Weather Exposure Occasionally Use Equipment such as Rock Trucks, Rollers, Loaders, Etc.
