Overview Join our dynamic construction team as an Excavation Laborer and become a vital part of building utility infrastructure that shapes communities! In this role, you'll be at the forefront of excavation projects, operating machinery, assisting with utility work, and ensuring safety standards are met every step of the way. LJM Construction is looking to hire full-time excavation laborers. We work Mon-through Friday (typically). We are a primary contractor for Eversource and complete projects for their area work centers. We also do private work involving everything dirt-related. We do not lay off during the winter as we dig year round as well as commercially fight snow in the winter. We are competitive with pay and it will depend upon your experience. You must have the ability to obtain a DOT medical card which will include a physical at no cost to you. If you do not have a driver's license, you can't get a DOT medical card.

•The state of New Hampshire has an age requirement for excavation employment. You must be 18 years of age or older to lawfully be on a job site. Experience Prior experience in construction or excavation work is highly preferred; familiarity with construction site operations is a plus. Demonstrated knowledge of heavy equipment operation is preffered but we can train if you are willing to learn. Understanding vehicle and equipment maintenance cycles/schedules. An understanding of Dig Safe rules and regulations and underground utility identification. Knowledge of construction safety regulations and equipment safety procedures to maintain a safe work environment. Ability to operate commercial trucks such as dump trucks confidently and responsibly. Pay:

$18.00 - $22.00 per hour Expected hours: 35.0 - 45.0 per week
