Job Overview Join our dynamic construction team as a Scaffolding Laborer, where you'll play a vital role in ensuring safe and efficient access to work sites. This energetic position involves assisting with the setup, dismantling, and maintenance of scaffolding structures used in various construction projects. As a key team member, you'll contribute to the smooth progress of construction activities by supporting skilled tradespeople and maintaining safety standards on site. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your skills in construction while working in a fast-paced environment that values teamwork and safety. Duties Assist with the assembly, disassembly of scaffolding structures according to safety protocols and schematics Support carpenters, masons, electricians, plumbers, and other trades by providing safe access points for their work Use hand tools and power tools to secure scaffolding components and ensure stability during construction activities Maintain a clean and organized work area around scaffolding sites to promote safety and efficiency Requirements Prior experience working on construction sites is preferred but not required Familiarity with hand tools, power tools, and basic construction techniques such as caulking, trim carpentry, or masonry is a plus Knowledge of safety standards related to scaffolding installation and general construction site protocols Physical stamina to lift heavy materials, work at heights, and perform manual labor throughout the day Strong communication skills and ability to follow detailed instructions accurately Valid OSHA certification or willingness to obtain safety training upon hire is advantageous Join us as a Scaffolding Laborer and be part of a dedicated team committed to building safely while advancing your career in construction!
