Skilled Laborer

Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Laborer to join our team. As a Skilled Laborer, you will play a crucial role in supporting our operations and ensuring that projects are completed efficiently and safely. Duties Perform general labor tasks such as loading and unloading materials, digging, and site preparation. Operate hand tools and power tools safely and effectively. Assist in the assembly, installation, or repair of structures and fixtures. Follow safety protocols to maintain a safe working environment. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area. Report any equipment malfunctions or safety hazards to supervisors. Experience Previous experience in construction, landscaping, or a related field is preferred but not required. Familiarity with hand tools and power tools is an advantage. Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team. Strong problem-solving skills and adaptability to changing tasks. Physical ability to lift heavy objects (up to 50 pounds) and perform manual labor for extended periods.
