This role is vital in supporting various construction projects by assisting skilled tradespeople and ensuring smooth workflow on-site. As a Laborer/Helper, you will engage in a wide range of hands-on tasks, from site preparation to material handling, helping to bring construction visions to life efficiently and safely. This position offers an exciting opportunity to gain valuable experience across multiple facets of construction while contributing to high-quality project outcomes. Responsibilities Assist with site setup, cleanup, and organization to maintain a safe and efficient work environment Handle and transport materials, tools, and equipment using hand tools, power tools, and heavy equipment as needed Support carpenters, masons, electricians, plumbers, and other tradespeople with their tasks Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and construction drawings to assist with project execution Perform demolition work, concrete forming, finishing, and masonry tasks under supervision Assist with installation of doors, windows, cabinetry, flooring, tile laying, stucco, roofing, and glass installation Operate basic power tools and hand tools safely while adhering to all safety protocols Qualifications Previous experience working on construction sites or in related roles is preferred but not required; training will be provided for the right candidate Basic knowledge of construction techniques including blueprint reading and schematic interpretation Familiarity with hand tools, power tools, scaffolding, and heavy equipment operation is advantageous Strong physical stamina with the ability to lift heavy materials and stand for extended periods Excellent teamwork skills with a proactive attitude toward safety and quality standards Willingness to learn new skills such as construction estimating, inspection procedures, or specialized trades like welding or restoration Join our team today and be part of a vibrant work environment where your efforts directly contribute to building lasting structures!
