We are seeking dependable and hardworking Assembly / Laborers to work in a clean, organized industrial manufacturing environment.

Friday Work Environment:

Clean and organized manufacturing facility (non-climate controlled)

Dress Code:

Work boots and work pants required Job Responsibilities Perform assembly, production, and finishing operations Assemble and install pre-manufactured components and parts Use hand tools such as screwdrivers, pliers, and specialty tools Operate power tools including grinders, drills, impact guns, and circular saws Drill holes and assist with fabrication activities Load and unload materials from pallets, skids, and trucks Move and position materials throughout the production area Operate forklifts, hoists, lift beams, swivel hooks, and other lifting equipment Follow written and verbal work instructions Transfer completed products to the next stage of production Lift and move materials up to 50 lbs Maintain a safe, clean, and productive work environment Required Qualifications Previous experience in manufacturing, production, assembly, construction, or industrial environments Experience using hand and power tools safely Ability to read and interpret blueprints Ability to perform physically demanding work and heavy lifting Strong commitment to safety and quality standards Reliable attendance and punctuality Preferred Qualifications Experience with grinders, drills, impact guns, and circular saws Forklift operating experience Welding and fabrication experience Painting or touch-up painting experience Bilingual candidates encouraged to apply Ability to read and write English for production paperwork Benefits Health Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance Long-Term Disability Coverage Flexible Spending Account (FSA) Employee Assistance Program (EAP) Paid Time Off (PTO) Paid Holidays Bereavement Leave Jury Duty Leave Ideal Candidate Reliable and team-oriented Strong work ethic and positive attitude Comfortable working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment Detail-oriented and safety-focused Willing to learn and grow within the company Able to work independently and perform physical labor throughout the shift Apply today to join a stable manufacturing team offering excellent benefits, career growth, and long-term opportunities!
