Responsibilities Assist with the preparation and setup of construction sites, including unloading materials and organizing tools Operate hand tools, power tools, and heavy machinery such as concrete mixers, concrete pumps, and saws to support various tasks Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and construction plans to execute specific tasks accurately Perform concrete pouring, finishing, cutting, and formwork construction to create durable structures Install rebar, framing, drywall, stucco, flooring, tile, and trim carpentry components following safety protocols and specifications Conduct masonry work, concrete cutting, concrete forming, and concrete finishing to ensure quality standards are met Follow all construction workplace safety regulations diligently to maintain a safe environment for everyone on site Experience Prior experience working on construction projects or in a related trades environment is highly preferred Knowledge of mechanical systems and construction estimating is a plus but not required Familiarity with blueprint reading and interpreting technical drawings is essential for precise execution of tasks Hands-on experience with rebar installation, concrete pouring, formwork construction, and masonry enhances your effectiveness in this role Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and efficiently throughout the workday Demonstrated understanding of construction site safety regulations and adherence to safety protocols at all times This role offers an exciting opportunity to grow your skills in various aspects of construction while contributing to meaningful projects.
