We are a fast-growing pest control and home-service company looking for an energetic, outgoing General Laborer / Helper to join our team.

NO PEST CONTROL EXPERIENCE REQUIRED. WE WILL TRAIN YOU.

This is a great opportunity for someone early in their career who wants to learn a trade, work with their hands, deal with customers, and eventually move into a technician, sales, or leadership position. What You'll Do Ride with and assist experienced pest control technicians Drive company vehicles to customer appointments Perform general labor and pest exclusion work Seal holes and entry points around homes Work in attics, basements, crawl spaces, and other tight areas Carry ladders, tools, equipment, and materials Keep company vehicles clean, organized, and stocked Talk with customers throughout the day Help technicians identify potential pest and rodent problems Learn pest control, home-service, customer-service, and sales skills Train toward becoming a licensed pest control technician

YOU MUST

Have a

VALID DRIVER'S LICENSE & CLEAN DRIVING RECORD

Be comfortable driving throughout the day Be outgoing and talkative Be comfortable speaking directly with customers Be physically capable of performing labor Be comfortable using basic tools Not be afraid of bugs, rodents, heights, attics, basements, or tight spaces Be dependable and show up on time Be coachable and willing to learn Have a strong work ethic Want an opportunity to GROW We're Looking for Ambitious People We're not looking for someone who just wants another temporary job.
