Job Description
Job Summary We are seeking a motivated and dependable Civil / Sitework Construction Laborer to join our team. In this role, you will be instrumental in supporting various phases of construction projects, ensuring that work sites are safe, efficient, and aligned with project specifications. Your hands-on skills and dedication will lay the groundwork for construction projects of all sizes. This position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your skills in a fast-paced environment while working on meaningful projects that shape communities. Responsibilities Assist with the preparation and setup of construction sites, including unloading materials and organizing tools Operate hand tools, power tools, and heavy machinery such as concrete mixers and concrete pumps to facilitate construction tasks Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and construction plans to execute tasks accurately Perform concrete pouring, finishing, cutting, and formwork construction to create durable structures Install rebar, HDPE, PVC, and concrete pipe Assist experienced operators in excavation, grading, and turf restoration Perform masonry work as needed Support the installation of hardscape features and assist with renovation or restoration projects Follow all safety protocols and workplace safety regulations to maintain a secure work environment Requirements Proven experience working on construction projects with knowledge of construction site safety regulations, civil construction experience a plus Mechanical knowledge and familiarity with hand tools, power tools, and heavy lifting techniques Ability to read blueprints and interpret technical drawings accurately Skills in concrete forming, concrete finishing, rebar installation, and concrete cutting are highly desirable Strong physical stamina for heavy lifting and working in various weather conditions Commitment to safety protocol adherence and maintaining a clean work environment Join us to be part of a dedicated team that values craftsmanship, safety, and continuous growth.
