The company specializes in interior/exterior renovations / construction. Demolition to Full finished renovation projects. We are looking for employees with the experience and knowledge of a general contractor. Experience on framing , install / finishing of drywall, tiles, flooring etc.

WE ARE SPECIFICALLY LOOKING FOR SOMEONE WITH EXTERIOR RENOVATION SKILLS. THIS INCLUDES EXPERIENCE WITH PAVER INSTALLATION, RETAINING WALL BUILDS, DECK BUILDS

Pay is based on experience and expertise. •Daily Pay Rates start from $120-$250/day; PAID WEEKLY, after the first week. However, there is a potential rate increase of $150-$250 per day based on performance and determination of the employee. Employee will be reevaluated for potential rate increase anywhere between 3-6 months from hired date.

Requirements:

•Must have own reliable transportation to/ from Roselle, NJ •Owning basic set of tools for a regular day to day contractor is a plus (not required). Upon hire the employee is expected to own their own basic set within 2-3 months from hired
