Job Description
We are looking for dependable and motivated Industrial Construction Laborers / Industrial Painters to join our team in Vineland, NJ . This position involves working at industrial facilities performing surface preparation, structural steel painting, and general construction labor. Candidates with experience working safely around industrial equipment and elevated work platforms are encouraged to apply. Responsibilities Clean and prepare structural steel, steel beams, steel columns, and other metal surfaces for painting. Remove dirt, dust, debris, rust, and contaminants using hand tools and power equipment. Apply acrylic coatings and industrial paints to structural steel and metal surfaces. Perform paint touch-ups to ensure a high-quality finish. Operate paint sprayers, rollers, and brushes. Safely operate scissor lifts, boom lifts, and work from ladders when required. Load, unload, and move building materials and equipment. Maintain clean, organized, and safe work areas. Follow all OSHA safety procedures and company policies. Work effectively with supervisors and crew members to complete projects on schedule. Qualifications Experience in industrial painting, construction labor, or structural steel painting preferred. Experience using paint sprayers and other painting equipment. Ability to safely operate scissor lifts, boom lifts, and ladders. Comfortable working at heights and in industrial environments. Ability to lift up to 75 pounds. Reliable transportation and dependable attendance. Strong work ethic and attention to detail. OSHA 10 or OSHA 30 certification is a plus but not required.
