Job Description
Landscape Laborer & Equipment Operator Campbell's Landscape LLC is looking for a hardworking, reliable individual to join our growing landscaping and excavation company serving Hunterdon County, NJ. Our work includes landscaping, lawn maintenance, land clearing, grading, excavation, drainage, hardscaping, and property improvement. We are looking for someone who is willing to work hard, learn new skills, and take pride in the work they do. Responsibilities Mow and maintain residential and commercial lawns Spread and install mulch Install and maintain landscape beds Perform general landscaping and property maintenance Operate skid steers and other compact equipment Assist with land clearing, grading, excavation, and site preparation Move and spread soil, stone, mulch, and other materials Assist with drainage and hardscape projects Use hand tools and power equipment Load and unload equipment and materials Keep trucks, equipment, and job sites clean and organized Perform general labor as needed Qualifications Dependable and hardworking Willing to work outdoors in various weather conditions Comfortable with physical labor Able to follow directions and work independently Good attitude and willingness to learn Landscaping, lawn care, excavation, or construction experience is a plus Skid steer or other equipment operating experience is a major plus Valid driver's license preferred Experience is not required for the right person. We are willing to train someone who is motivated, dependable, and wants to learn.
