The ideal candidate is safety-conscious, dependable, physically capable of performing construction work, and comfortable working outdoors in a fast-paced jobsite environment. Duties Assist with the setup and cleanup of construction sites, ensuring a safe and organized work environment Operate hand tools and power tools to perform tasks such as cutting, drilling, and assembling materials Support concrete work including mixing, pouring, finishing, and cutting concrete to specifications Install rebar, formwork, drywall, framing, and other structural components following blueprints and schematics Interpret technical drawings and blueprints to accurately execute construction plans and specifications Handle heavy lifting and operate heavy equipment or machinery as trained and certified Follow all safety protocols and workplace safety regulations to maintain a secure environment for everyone on site Skills Previous construction experience preferred. Experience with concrete, civil/site work, or general construction is a plus. Ability to perform physically demanding work, including lifting, carrying, bending, and working outdoors. Ability to follow instructions and work effectively as part of a crew. Reliable transportation to jobsites in the Las Vegas area. Dependable attendance and punctuality are required.
