Responsibilities Assist with the preparation and clean-up of construction sites, including unloading materials and setting up work areas. Operate hand tools, power tools, and heavy equipment safely to support operators. Perform heavy lifting and manual labor. Clean and prepare job sites. Follow all safety protocols related to construction workplace safety regulations to maintain a secure environment for everyone on site. Dig trenches Clean up rubble and debris Qualifications Prior experience working on construction projects or in a similar labor-intensive environment is highly preferred. Must have a valid drivers license and clean driving record and reliable transportation to and from work/job sites. Must successfully pass pre-employment and random drug and alcohol tests to include marijuana. Mechanical knowledge relevant to construction tools and equipment operation. Ability to perform heavy lifting safely while maintaining physical stamina throughout long shifts. Strong teamwork skills with excellent communication abilities to coordinate effectively with tradespeople and supervisors. Working Hours Monday - Friday 7:00 am - 3:30 pm with overtime. No benefits are provided for this position.
