Ensure all work is performed in compliance with safety regulations, company policies, and project requirements. Assign tasks and provide clear instructions to crew members. Collaborate with project managers, superintendents, and other foremen to ensure project milestones are met. Train, mentor, and evaluate laborers to build a strong, productive team. Monitor use of materials and equipment to prevent waste and ensure proper maintenance. Identify and resolve issues that could cause delays or safety hazards.

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

3+ years of construction labor experience, with at least 1-2 years in a leadership or supervisory role. Strong knowledge of construction methods, tools, and equipment. Ability to read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications. Excellent leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written. Commitment to safety and quality. Ability to work in various weather conditions and perform physical tasks as needed.
