Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Construction Worker to join our dynamic construction team. Duties Assist in interpreting construction plans, schematics, and blueprints to execute project specifications accurately Operate hand tools, power tools, heavy equipment, and machinery such as concrete mixers and concrete pumps to perform tasks efficiently Prepare construction sites by setting up formwork, installing rebar, framing with metal studs or wood, and constructing formwork for concrete pouring Execute concrete-related tasks including pouring, finishing, cutting, and sealing to achieve smooth surfaces aligned with project standards Install various building components such as drywall, stucco, roofing materials, flooring, tiles, and trim carpentry elements Conduct heavy lifting safely while adhering to construction workplace safety regulations and protocols Support masonry work, plastering, caulking, and restoration efforts to enhance structural integrity and aesthetic appeal Interpret technical drawings and blueprints accurately to ensure precise execution of construction plans Operate heavy equipment like forklifts or cranes when necessary for material handling or site logistics Follow safety procedures diligently during all phases of work to maintain a secure environment for all team members Experience Proven experience working on diverse construction projects in residential, commercial, or renovation settings Strong knowledge of mechanical systems relevant to construction tasks Familiarity with construction estimating processes and blueprint specification interpretation Hands-on experience with concrete forming, pouring, finishing, cutting, and pumping techniques Skilled in carpentry disciplines including frame carpentry and trim work; knowledge of masonry and metal stud framing is a plus Ability to operate power tools safely and efficiently; experience with heavy equipment operation is preferred Understanding of construction site safety regulations and adherence to safety protocols at all times Experience working with schematics and technical drawings for accurate project execution Ability to perform heavy lifting safely while maintaining physical stamina for demanding tasks Join our team if you're passionate about building excellence!
