Job Description
Job Overview We are seeking a reliable and hardworking General Laborer to join our construction team. The ideal candidate will assist with day-to-day tasks on job sites, including preparing materials, maintaining a clean and safe work environment, and supporting skilled tradespeople as needed. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to grow within the construction industry. Responsibilities Assist with construction projects including site preparation, demolition, loading/unloading materials, and cleanup. Operate hand tools, power tools, and basic equipment safely. Support carpenters, installers, and other trades by providing materials and assistance. Follow safety procedures and wear proper protective equipment. Maintain a clean and organized job site. Perform other duties as assigned by supervisors. Qualifications Previous construction or labor experience preferred, but not required (we are willing to train the right candidate). Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work on your feet for extended periods. Reliable transportation to and from job sites. Strong work ethic, punctuality, and willingness to learn.
