Responsibilities Assist with the installation of concrete forms, rebar, and other structural components according to blueprints and schematics Operate hand tools, power tools, and heavy equipment safely and efficiently on construction sites Perform concrete pouring, finishing, cutting, and pumping to ensure high-quality results Support masonry, drywall installation, plastering, stucco application, and roofing tasks as needed Help with framing carpentry, metal stud framing, formwork construction, and trim carpentry for various structures Follow all safety protocols and workplace safety regulations to maintain a secure environment for everyone on site Conduct heavy lifting and material handling for renovation or restoration projects while adhering to safety standards Experience Prior experience working on construction sites or in related trades such as carpentry, masonry, or concrete work is highly preferred Familiarity with blueprint reading, interpreting technical drawings, schematics, and construction plans Knowledge of construction estimating processes and understanding of construction workplace safety regulations Hands-on experience with concrete mixing, finishing, cutting, pouring, and pumping techniques Ability to operate heavy equipment and power tools safely and effectively Strong physical stamina for heavy lifting and working in various weather conditions Basic mechanical knowledge related to construction tools and equipment operation Join us in building a better tomorrow!
