Responsibilities Assist with the setup and breakdown of construction sites, including site cleanup and material organization Operate hand tools, power tools, and heavy equipment safely to support various construction tasks Support concrete work by mixing, pouring, finishing, cutting, and formwork construction Install rebar, metal studs, framing, and perform masonry and stucco work as needed Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to ensure accurate execution of plans Help with roofing, flooring installation, plastering, caulking, and trim carpentry tasks Follow all safety protocols and workplace safety regulations to maintain a secure environment for everyone on-site Requirements Prior experience working on construction projects or in a construction workplace environment Mechanical knowledge and familiarity with construction estimating processes are a plus Ability to interpret construction plans and blueprint specifications accurately Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, concrete mixers, concrete pumping equipment, and heavy lifting techniques Knowledge of concrete forming, finishing, pouring, cutting, and reinforcement installation (rebar) Understanding of safety regulations related to construction sites and the proper use of safety gear Strong physical stamina for heavy lifting and working on scaffolding or at heights (roofing) Excellent teamwork skills with the ability to follow detailed instructions from supervisors or project managers Embark on a rewarding career where your efforts directly contribute to building lasting structures!
