Your Daily Responsibilities Include:

🔨 Inspect trailers and modular units to identify repair needs 🔨 Perform carpentry repairs on walls, floors, doors, trim, and structural components 🔨 Complete basic electrical repairs including outlets, switches, lighting, and breakers 🔨 Repair and install plumbing fixtures such as sinks, toilets, and water systems 🔨 Troubleshoot and perform minor HVAC repairs and maintenance 🔨 Replace damaged windows, flooring, fixtures, doors, and building components 🔨 Conduct preventative maintenance to improve long-term performance 🔨 Safely operate hand tools, power tools, and diagnostic equipment 🔨 Track completed repairs and materials used 🔨 Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace 🔨 Work with the production team to meet project deadlines and quality standards 💪 What We're Looking For Required Qualifications 1+ year of experience in construction, maintenance, remodeling, roofing, skilled trades, or general repair work Experience safely using hand tools and power tools Basic carpentry skills Basic electrical troubleshooting and repair experience Basic plumbing repair and installation experience HVAC troubleshooting or repair knowledge Strong attention to detail and pride in quality workmanship Ability to work both indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions Strong commitment to safety and teamwork Bonus Experience Experience in any of the following is a plus: Maintenance Technician Construction Laborer Building Maintenance Commercial or Residential Maintenance Remodeling or Renovation Projects Trailer Repair Modular Building Construction or Repair Facility Maintenance 🏭 Work Environment This role combines shop, yard, and occasional field work, providing a variety of hands-on projects throughout the day. 👷 Work alongside a collaborative team of 6-8 skilled professionals 🔧 Use tools and equipment daily to solve real-world repair challenges 🏠 Combination of indoor and outdoor work 🌤 Active, hands-on environment with variety in daily tasks 📦 Restore and prepare mobile offices and modular buildings for customer delivery 📅 Schedule 🕒 Monday-Friday 🕖
