Construction Technician

Construction Technician We help homeowners and businesses recover from fire, water, and storm damage — and we need people who want to be part of a crew that does meaningful work every day. What You'll Do You'll work alongside experienced leads on active reconstruction jobs. Day one you're learning; six months in, you're building real skills. Expect to work with your hands and stay on your feet.

Tasks include:

Assisting leads with demo, framing, and material handling Insulation, drywall hanging & finishing Painting Trim & casing install Proper use of hand and power tools What We're Looking For Basic understanding of construction materials and how things go together Strong work ethic — shows up, pays attention, gets things done Detail-oriented and takes pride in finished work Valid driver's license Can communicate clearly with a lead and with customers on site What You Get $20-$25/hr, full-time, year-round — no seasonal layoffs Health insurance Retirement plan Paid family leave & paid holidays Hands-on paid training — you're building a skillset, not just filling a role A clear path to move up as you develop
