This role supports a variety of civil construction projects, assisting with site preparation, material handling, infrastructure installation, underground utility work, piping installation, and general labor tasks. The ideal candidate is physically capable, safety-conscious, and motivated to contribute to successful project completion. Requirements & Qualifications:

Prior experience in underground utility construction , including water, sewer, storm drainage, and related infrastructure. Experience with pipe installation , alignment, bedding, and backfilling procedures. Knowledge of excavation and trench safety practices. Ability to read grade stakes, follow site plans, and work effectively around heavy equipment. Experience operating hand and power tools commonly used in civil construction. Ability to perform physically demanding work in various weather conditions. Strong commitment to workplace safety and compliance with OSHA regulations. Reliable transportation and a strong work ethic. Candidates with experience in underground utilities, piping, site development, excavation, and municipal infrastructure projects are strongly encouraged to apply.
