30-Hour Construction OSHA 10-Hour Construction Roofing Full Job Description General Construction Laborer (Roofing) Metro R Services, Inc. - Carlstadt, NJ Full-Time | NYC Project Sites Job Summary Metro R Services, Inc., a rapidly growing commercial roofing and restoration company based in Carlstadt, NJ, is seeking full-time General Construction Laborers to join our team. Projects are primarily located throughout New York City. We are looking for dependable, hardworking individuals who are eager to learn and grow with a fast-paced company.

Pay & Schedule Starting Pay:

$18.00 per hour + overtime

Schedule:

Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM Responsibilities Assist with commercial roofing and restoration projects Load and unload materials and equipment Follow safety guidelines and OSHA regulations at all times Work collaboratively with team members on active job sites Perform general labor and site cleanup as needed Requirements OSHA 30-Hour Construction Certification ( required ) 10-Hour SST Card ( required ) Ability to lift and carry 50 lbs regularly Willingness to submit to drug and alcohol testing Reliable, punctual, and able to work as part of a team Construction or roofing experience preferred but not required Benefits 2-month probationary period with performance evaluation Opportunity for pay increase after probation based on experience and performance PTO in compliance with NYC law 401(k) Retirement Plan, with company match, eligible after 3 months Health, Dental, Vision, and Life Insurance eligible after 1 year Vacation benefits eligible after 1 year Language Requirements English or Spanish Work Location Projects throughout NYC Job Type Full-time Join a growing team with steady work and advancement opportunities.
