Job Description
Fortress Force is hiring reliable, hardworking laborers to join our construction crew. This is a full-time position with consistent hours, steady work, and room to grow. No formal education required — we care about work ethic, dependability, and a good attitude. What You'll Do Assist with site preparation, demolition, and cleanup Load, unload, and move materials, tools, and equipment Dig trenches, backfill holes, and compact earth as needed Operate hand tools and basic power tools safely Support carpenters, operators, and other skilled trades on site Follow all safety procedures and keep the job site clean and organized What We're Looking For Able to perform physical work: lifting up to 50 lbs, standing, bending, and working outdoors in all weather Dependable — shows up on time, every day Works well on a team and takes direction Reliable transportation to job sites Prior construction experience required OSHA 10 certification a plus (or we'll help you get it) Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
