Job Overview Join our dynamic construction team as a Construction Laborer and be a vital part of bringing building projects to life! You will be involved in various hands-on tasks that require physical effort, technical understanding, and a commitment to safety. Duties Assist with the setup and cleanup of construction sites, ensuring a safe and organized workspace Perform heavy lifting and manual labor tasks such as moving materials, tools, and equipment Operate power tools and hand tools safely to support carpentry, framing, and other trades Support concrete work including mixing, pouring, finishing, cutting, and formwork construction Install rebar, metal studs, and perform masonry tasks following blueprint specifications Read and interpret construction plans, schematics, and technical drawings to execute tasks accurately Help with roofing, stucco application, caulking, plastering, flooring installation, and restoration projects Follow all safety protocols related to construction workplace safety regulations and equipment operation Use heavy equipment such as concrete pumps or mixers when required for specific tasks Support demolition or renovation activities by preparing surfaces and removing debris Experience Previous experience working on construction sites or in related manual labor roles preferred but not required Familiarity with construction tools including hand tools, power tools, concrete mixers, and cutting equipment Knowledge of basic construction techniques such as concrete forming, finishing, rebar installation, framing, and masonry Ability to interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings accurately Understanding of construction safety regulations and proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE) Physical stamina for heavy lifting and working on uneven or elevated surfaces for extended periods Strong teamwork skills with a proactive attitude towards learning new skills in a fast-paced environment Join us in building something great!
