The ideal candidate will support crews with site preparation, material handling, cleanup, and general labor duties while maintaining a safe and productive work environment. Responsibilities Assist skilled tradespeople and construction crews on job sites Load and unload materials, tools, and equipment Clean and prepare work areas Operate basic hand and power tools safely Move materials and supplies as directed Follow safety procedures and company policies Perform demolition, digging, lifting, and other physical labor tasks Maintain a clean and organized job site Assist with setup and breakdown of equipment and temporary structures Requirements Previous construction or labor experience preferred but not required Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions Reliable transportation and strong attendance Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team Basic knowledge of construction tools and safety practices is a plus Schedule Full-time / Part-time Monday-Friday with occasional overtime as needed Benefits Competitive pay Opportunities for advancement On-the-job training PTO How to Apply Please submit your resume or contact Danielle Beh 585-737-2130 or for more information.
