Lead Technician:

Demolition of Drywall, Flooring, and Small Structures Extraction of Water and Sewage from water damaged homes and businesses Setting up specialized drying equipment Cleaning of Fire burned structures Mold Remediation after company provided NYS training

•Must have basic construction skills and have worked on construction sites in the past.

•Ability to work off-hours shifts as needed to complete job responsibilities. Able to work around a variety of chemicals without any adverse reaction or sensitivity. Follows established safety practices including the proper use of PPE when required. This is a 40hr/week position with working hours from 8:00AM - 4:30PM. On-Call shifts are required for one night a week (from 4:30pm to 8:00am the next day) and every 3rd weekend (from 4:30pm on Friday to 8:00am on Monday) which is an opportunity for additional income . Must have a valid NYS driver's license & 3 years of driving experience All training is provided, need a positive attitude and desire to learn new skills.
