" The Vinyl Outlet is seeking a dedicated Demolition Worker to join our team. We're looking for someone who takes pride in hard work, values safety, and enjoys working outdoors as part of a solid crew. • weekends off What You'll Do Safely remove decks and outdoor structures following established procedures Operate small trucks and trailers to transport materials and equipment Read and follow simple layout plans for post placement Dig holes and assist with post installation to required specifications Use hand and power tools safely and effectively Maintain clean and organized job sites Haul debris to designated disposal locations as needed Work closely with your team to keep projects running smoothly Follow all safety guidelines and company procedures What We're Looking For Experience in demolition, construction, or a related field preferred (willing to train the right candidate) Valid driver's license with a clean driving record Ability to operate small trucks and trailers Strong work ethic and reliability Ability to perform physical labor and work outdoors in various conditions Basic understanding of reading layouts and following directions Team-oriented mindset with good communication skills OSHA certification is a plus (or willingness to obtain) Why Work With Us?
