This role offers an exciting opportunity to work outdoors across various landscaping and maintenance projects. This full time seasonal position runs approximately May- October- 40 hours per week during the times of 6:00am-2:30pm M-F. Duties Perform lawn care activities such as mowing, edging, and trimming to keep grounds pristine. Assist with landscape maintenance including planting, mulching, pruning trees, weeding, raking, and shrubbery care. Operate hand tools and power tools safely for tasks like digging, planting, or installing irrigation systems. Loads and unloads vehicles and trucks. Performs general building cleaning tasks such as dusting, sweeping, mopping, and washing; Collects garbage and rubbish. Maintain hardscape features such as walkways, patios, and retaining walls through cleaning and minor repairs. Does related work as directed and required. Skills Experience with lawn care, landscape maintenance, and gardening practices. Familiarity with hand tools, power tools, and other machinery. Ability to operate hand tools and equipment used to maintain lawns and ground maintenance activities; Working knowledge of specific hazards and safety precautions; Ability to follow oral and written instructions; Ability to work under direct supervision; Ability to establish good working relationships with others; Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions;

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

Valid NYS driver's license required. Must be legally eligible to work in the US. Must be at least 18 years of age or older Able to meet the physical demands of the job, including standing, bending, pulling, pushing, climbing, and lifting at least 50 pounds. Candidate may be required to pass a pre-employment drug test and background investigation.
