Duties and responsibilities:

Work with others in a team atmosphere. Maintain a safe and orderly work environment. Observe safety requirements and regulations at all times. Minimize waste and maximize efficiency to reduce costs. Demonstrate basic general knowledge of construction best practices. Complete work according to project plans, specifications, and quality standards. Identify potential issues and communicate them to the Project Manager. Must be experienced in below phases of construction, or some experience with a willingness to learn: Carpentry Roofing Drywall Plumbing General Construction Necessary skills: Must be able to work independently. Strong communication and organizational skills. Reliable attendance and dependability.

Other requirements:
