Responsibilities Assist with the preparation and setup of construction sites, including material handling and site organization Operate hand tools, power tools, and heavy equipment safely and effectively to perform tasks such as framing, roofing, concrete finishing, or demolition Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and construction drawings to execute project plans accurately Perform tasks across various trades including plumbing, electrical work, drywall installation, stucco application, tile laying, and flooring installation Conduct inspections of work sites to ensure compliance with safety standards and project specifications Collaborate with team members and supervisors to coordinate activities and meet project deadlines Support specialized tasks such as glass installation, cabinet mounting, door hanging, or restoration work as needed Qualifications Proven experience in construction or related fields with knowledge of multiple trades preferred Ability to read blueprints and schematics confidently Skilled in the use of hand tools, power tools, and heavy equipment operation Familiarity with construction management practices and estimating processes is a plus Knowledge of safety procedures and OSHA regulations on job sites Experience with concrete forming, masonry, framing carpentry, roofing or remodeling is highly desirable Strong communication skills and ability to work well within a team environment Join us if you're passionate about building excellence!
