Responsibilities Assist with the setup and preparation of construction sites, including unloading materials and organizing tools Operate hand tools and power tools safely to perform tasks such as concrete mixing, cutting, and finishing Support concrete pouring, concrete finishing, and concrete pumping activities to ensure quality results Install rebar, construct formwork, and interpret blueprints and technical drawings for accurate execution of plans Perform heavy lifting and manual labor required for site assembly, including drywall installation, plastering, stucco application, and caulking Follow all construction workplace safety regulations diligently to maintain a safe environment for everyone on site Aid in the interpretation of construction plans and specifications to support accurate project execution Experience Prior experience working on construction projects or in a related trade environment is highly desirable Familiarity with blueprint reading, construction estimating, and interpreting technical drawings Knowledge of construction workplace safety regulations and proper use of hand tools and power tools Hands-on experience with concrete forming, rebar installation, concrete cutting, and finishing techniques Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and efficiently in various weather conditions Basic understanding of mechanical knowledge relevant to construction tasks such as operating mixers or pumps Strong work ethic with a commitment to safety protocol adherence and quality workmanship Embark on a rewarding career path where your physical skills meet your passion for building!
