General Laborer - Hardscape & Landscape Join Our Growing Team! We are looking for a dependable, hardworking General Laborer to join our hardscape and landscape team. This is a hands-on position for someone who enjoys working outdoors, staying active, learning new skills, and being part of a team. Our current workload is primarily hardscaping , so this position will spend a significant amount of time assisting with patios, walkways, retaining walls, steps, and other hardscape projects. There will also be opportunities to work on a variety of landscape and property improvement projects. No previous landscaping or hardscape experience is required. We are willing to train the right person. A positive attitude, strong work ethic, reliability, and willingness to learn are most important. What You'll Do As a General Laborer, you will work alongside our experienced crews and assist with a variety of hardscape and landscape projects, including:
Hardscaping:
Assist with installation of paver patios, walkways, steps, and other hardscape projects Assist with retaining walls and other block installations Prepare and level areas for hardscape installations Move, spread, and compact gravel, sand, and other base materials Load, unload, and move pavers, block, stone, and other materials Assist with cutting and installing pavers and other materials as skills develop Use hand tools, power tools, and equipment safely Keep job sites clean, organized, and safe
Landscaping & Property Services:
Plant trees, shrubs, flowers, and other landscape materials Assist with landscape bed installations and cleanups Spread mulch, soil, gravel, and other landscape materials Assist with grading and preparing areas for landscape installations Assist with irrigation, drainage, power washing, and other property services as needed Maintain and clean tools, equipment, and work areas What We're Looking For Reliable and dependable Hardworking and willing to work as part of a team Comfortable working outdoors in a variety of weather conditions Able to perform physical labor throughout the workday Willingness to learn new skills and take direction Positive attitude and professional demeanor Able to work efficiently while paying attention to quality and detail Previous hardscape, landscape, construction, or outdoor labor experience is a plus, but not required Valid, Insurable driver's license is

Physical Requirements This is a physically demanding outdoor position. You must be able to lift and carry materials, stand, walk, bend, kneel, shovel, and perform repetitive physical tasks throughout the workday.
