This is a skilled leadership-level installation position. We are looking for a reliable, experienced installer who shows up consistently, works efficiently, and takes ownership of their work. If attendance or accountability has been a challenge in past roles, this position will not be a good fit. About the Position We are seeking an experienced Hardscape Installer with the capability to lead a crew and set the standard on job sites. This role is ideal for someone who not only knows how to install correctly, but also understands job flow, efficiency, and team accountability. Our projects include paver patios, retaining walls, natural stone installations, plantings, water features, and landscape lighting. We build high-quality outdoor spaces and expect professional-level workmanship. This position has strong potential for long-term growth and leadership within the company. Responsibilities Lead and assist with job site preparation and layout Operate skid steers, mini-excavators, and other equipment safely and confidently Install paver patios, retaining walls, and natural stone to proper base and grade standards Direct crew members to maintain workflow and efficiency Ensure job sites remain clean, organized, and professional Install plant material using proper horticultural techniques Install low-voltage landscape lighting systems Communicate clearly with management regarding job progress Qualifications Valid driver's license with insurable record (required) High School Diploma or GED 4+ years of hardscape installation experience Proven reliability and consistent attendance Ability to read grade and understand proper base preparation Experience operating equipment independently Ability to lift 50+ lbs repeatedly Strong work ethic, leadership mindset, and professional attitude Ability to work without constant supervision Schedule & Compensation Full-time | Monday-Friday Typical hours: 7:30 AM - 5:00 PM Starting at $20/hour Performance review after initial employment period with opportunity for pay increase based on: Attendance Work quality Efficiency Leadership ability Attitude and reliability We are looking for someone who wants to grow with a company and take pride in doing things the right way.
