What You'll Build Complete hands-on work across assigned projects, including heavy concrete repair, rough carpentry, masonry, caulking, and waterproofing Follow direction from leads and supervisors, check materials before starting, and approach work with a measure-twice, cut-once mentality Position, join, align, and seal structural components, including concrete wall sections and pipes Perform demolition work, remove materials, and dispose of debris safely and efficiently Set up forms and molds, mix and place concrete, and use hand tools to complete assigned repair and construction tasks Operate power tools and machinery, including concrete mixers, vibrators, and pumps, as required for the work Complete work accurately and with attention to detail, including keeping work plumb, level, square, and properly finished and tooled Take responsibility for assigned tasks, ask for help when needed, meet daily production goals, and use time and materials efficiently Maintain a clean, hazard-free work area; report safety concerns; wear required safety gear; and follow all OSHA, EPA, ODH, company, and site-specific safety requirements What You Bring High school diploma or equivalent Minimum of 2 years experience in concrete construction or related field Valid driver's license and reliable transportation Willingness to work overtime and weekends as required The Bottom Line We're looking for a dependable builder who is ready to contribute wherever the project needs them.
