In this role, you will assist in various construction tasks, ensuring that projects are completed efficiently and safely. The ideal candidate will be physically fit, reliable, and eager to learn about the construction industry. Duties Perform a variety of manual labor tasks on construction sites, including digging, lifting, and carrying materials. Assist skilled tradespeople such as carpenters, electricians, and plumbers with their tasks. Operate hand tools and power tools safely and effectively. Maintain a clean and organized work environment to ensure safety on the job site. Follow instructions from supervisors and adhere to safety protocols at all times. Load and unload materials as needed for various construction projects. Help set up scaffolding and other temporary structures as required. Skills Strong physical stamina and ability to perform manual labor for extended periods. Familiarity with basic construction tools and equipment is preferred but not required. Ability to follow directions accurately and work as part of a team. Good communication skills to interact effectively with team members and supervisors. Attention to detail to ensure tasks are completed correctly and safely. Willingness to learn new skills related to the construction trade.
