Job Description

The Role We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Construction Laborer to join our growing team. This position plays a key role in supporting construction projects from start to finish, assisting with site preparation, equipment operation, material handling, and a variety of general construction activities. This is a long-term opportunity with a stable and expanding company offering consistent work and career growth potential. Responsibilities Assist with job site preparation and cleanup Operate construction equipment safely and efficiently Install fuel product lines Pour concrete tank pads Install fuel dispensers Remove and replace concrete Perform piping installation Complete general labor tasks as assigned Support daily project needs (tasks may vary by day) Requirements & Qualifications Ability to pass a DOT physical Ability to safely lift up to 50 lbs Ability to stand, walk, stoop, kneel, and sit for extended periods Ability to use hands and arms extensively for handling, reaching, and operating tools Ability to climb stairs, ladders, and sloped grades, and walk on uneven terrain Ability to work outdoors in hot, cold, or humid conditions Comfortable working around moving mechanical parts, machinery, and elevated noise levels Strong attention to safety practices Excellent driving record required High School Diploma or equivalent required
