Construction Laborer - Swimming Pool Installation Phillips Poolscapes LLC is looking to add a dependable, hardworking Construction Laborer to our team. We specialize in inground swimming pool installation, outdoor living projects, concrete/hardscape preparation, drainage, grading, and general construction. This is a hands-on outdoor position with opportunities to learn multiple aspects of construction and swimming pool installation. Pay $20-$28 per hour, depending on experience and ability. Overtime opportunities are available during our busy season. What You'll Be Doing

• Assist with inground swimming pool installations
• Excavation and site preparation
• Shoveling, grading, and backfilling
• Installing plumbing and drainage
• Operating or assisting around skid steers, excavators, and other equipment
• Concrete and hardscape preparation
• Loading/unloading materials and equipment
• Jobsite cleanup and organization
• Working with the crew to complete projects efficiently and professionally What We're Looking For Construction experience is preferred, but we are willing to train the right person.

• Be dependable and show up on time
• Have a strong work ethic
• Be comfortable working outdoors in different weather conditions
• Be able to perform physical construction work
• Be willing to learn
• Work well as part of a crew
• Take care of company trucks, tools, and equipment
• Have reliable transportation
• Have a valid driver's license Experience with skid steers, mini excavators, concrete, landscaping, hardscaping, plumbing, grading, or general construction is a major plus. What We Offer
