Crown Staffing is urgently hiring for a Construction Technician.
Construction Technician Job Details Schedule :
Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-4:30
AM Pay Rate :
$20.00-$30.00/hour (Based on Experience)
Location :
Monroe, OH Construction Technician Requirements/Qualifications:
3+ years of general construction experience preferred Experience in residential, commercial, remodeling, or similar construction trades Strong knowledge of hand and power tools Ability to accurately measure and build from construction plans Mechanical aptitude and strong problem-solving skills Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and perform physical work throughout the day Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required Positive attitude with a willingness to learn new skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining quality workmanship About the Construction Technician Role As a Construction Technician, your responsibilities will include: Perform wood and metal framing Install plywood, OSB, drywall, and other sheathing materials Complete basic electrical work, including wiring, outlets, switches, and lighting Perform painting and finishing work Install insulation, flooring, windows, and doors Read and interpret construction drawings and measurements Operate hand tools, power tools, and construction equipment safely Maintain a clean and organized work area Assist with fabrication and custom container projects Support additional construction and fabrication tasks as assigned
