Job Description

Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Laborer to join our construction team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong work ethic, mechanical knowledge, and experience in various construction tasks. This role involves working on diverse projects that will include inspeciting and finishing formwork before being sent out to projects. It may also include concrete work, carpentry, masonry, and other essential labor functions. The Laborer will be responsible for assisting and ensuring that projects are completed safely and efficiently. Responsibilities Operate hand tools and power tools effectively to assist in various construction tasks. Perform heavy lifting and manual labor as required on job sites. Assist with finishing and inspecting wooden formwork Read blueprints and schematics to understand project specifications. Participate in renovation, restoration, and remodeling projects. Carry out carpentry tasks including frame carpentry, trim carpentry, and metal stud framing. Follow safety protocols to maintain a safe working environment at all times. Qualifications Proven experience in construction or related fields is preferred. Mechanical knowledge with the ability to operate equipment safely. Strong understanding of construction site operations and safety practices. Ability to read blueprints and schematics effectively. Excellent physical stamina for heavy lifting and prolonged periods of standing or walking. EOE Disability /
